Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of blithequark, ensuring that our customers receive accurate, valid, and complete information, and that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and complete information to resolve their issues

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately and efficiently
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction, providing personalized solutions and recommendations when needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all channels
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on blithequark's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to navigate and utilize these systems to provide excellent customer service
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, with a focus on empathy and understanding
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Experience in a remote working environment is a plus, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
