Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist - Remote Service Technician at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients, ensuring that our products are installed, maintained, and serviced to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on beverage dispensing equipment according to company standards.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fountain equipment, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Ensure all refrigeration equipment is in proper working condition, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Move equipment to perform mechanical services, including preventative maintenance, programming, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Technical aptitude and experience with repairing machines.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.
