  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.
  • Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to optimize customer engagement and support.
  • Contribute to the development of social media content, guidelines, and training programs to enhance customer support and engagement.

Essential Qualifications
