About the Role

We're seeking highly motivated and team-oriented Customer Care Agents to join our 2nd shift and weekend hours team. As a Customer Care Agent at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, creating raving fans for our brand every single day. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
