- Preparing Invoices, Reports, and Documents: You'll prepare and review invoices, reports, letters, financial statements, and other documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintaining Corporate Records and Correspondence: You'll file and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Responding to Correspondence: You'll prepare and send responses to correspondence, including faxes and emails, ensuring that all client inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Managing Time and Priorities: You'll work independently, managing your time and priorities to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
