About the Role: Client Experience Partner

As a Client Experience Partner at Wayfair, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering outstanding customer support through various communication channels, including in-person, phone, and email. Your primary focus will be to address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to orders, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Stay up-to-date on Wayfair's extensive product catalog and effectively communicate product information to customers.
  • Handle customer requests, including order handling, cancellations, returns, and exchanges, in accordance with company policies.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes and share insights with relevant teams.
  • Maintain accurate records using customer service tools and software.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, policies, visual marketing, and product groups.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer support setting, preferably in retail.
  • Proven ability to work directly with customers, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer requests.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment, particularly in the home goods or furniture industry.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools.
