Job Summary:

As a Healthcare Call Center Agent at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls and making outbound calls related to policy benefits, eligibility, claim status, and other customer inquiries. If you have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls related to policy benefits, eligibility, claim status, and other customer inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their customers
  • Meet process targets and production goals on a regular basis
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
  • Utilize basic computer skills and software applications to document call experiences and manage customer data
  • Work in shifts between 8am and 8pm, with shift differentials provided
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience: in a high-volume inbound call center environment with strong customer service skills
  • Computer literacy: proficient in basic computer skills and software applications, with the ability to multi-task and document call experiences
  • Typing skills: 35 words per minute (wpm) or higher
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers
  • High school Diploma or GED: required
  • Knowledge of US healthcare and insurance terminologies: preferred, with experience in Medicare Customer Service a plus
  • MEDCARE Advantage Plan Part D: required
  • QNXT experience: preferred
