Key Responsibilities:

As a Freelance Travel Agent with Workwarp, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and booking travel arrangements for clients using our online reservation system with multiple suppliers and direct access
• Managing all aspects of travel planning, including:
  • Searching and booking flights, transportation, accommodations, and other travel-related services
  • Handling expenses, tracking reimbursements, and providing support to travelers during their trips
  • Issuing airline tickets, vouchers, and other travel documents
• Providing expert travel advice and information on local attractions to clients
• Responding to client inquiries and resolving any travel-related issues that may arise
• Staying up-to-date with industry news and developments to ensure exceptional service and knowledge
• Ensuring client needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Maintaining knowledge of all accepted payment methods and working with external suppliers to secure the best prices and special offers for clients
