  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and prospect data, leveraging your organizational skills to keep our records in pristine condition
  • Preparing paperwork and processing new accounts with precision and attention to detail
  • Performing general back-office administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Supporting the greater operations team with special projects, demonstrating your ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
