Key Responsibilities

  • Student Engagement and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, responding to inquiries via email, live chat, text, and phone, and providing personalized support and guidance throughout the enrollment process.
  • Enrollment Process Management: Manage the enrollment process from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to facilitate a smooth transition into our academic programs.
  • Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between students and various university departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to address student needs and concerns.
  • Student Progression and Success: Develop and implement strategies to support student progression and success, including follow-up communications, academic advising, and referrals to support services as needed.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on best practices in enrollment management and student support.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, and staff.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and utilize various software applications and systems.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relatable CRM Experience: Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance student engagement and support.
  • College-Level Credits: Completion of 60 college-level credits or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to academic achievement and a strong foundation in higher education.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, and staff, and to build strong relationships through active listening, empathy, and understanding.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and utilize various software applications and systems, including CRM software and student information systems.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies to support student success and enrollment management.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of organization.
