Key Responsibilities

• Make decisions and respond quickly to questions, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills
• Utilize Microsoft suite, including Outlook, to navigate and complete tasks efficiently
• Demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, both independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a high level of organization and independence, working effectively in a remote environment

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a health care or health insurance environment
• Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
• Data entry and/or typing experience, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft suite, including Outlook
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered a plus:

• A Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
• 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
