  • Document Customer Interactions: Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

  • Stay Up-to-Date with Apple Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Apple product knowledge and support processes, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the best possible support to our customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
