Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, providing excellent service, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our stores. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a flexible remote arrangement, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or in one of our store locations. You will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, operating the register, and processing transactions
  • Providing product information, making purchase suggestions, and promoting our products and services
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and exterior areas
  • Working with our food program, preparing and serving food and beverages to customers
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain store appearance, and ensure a positive customer experience

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash, operate a register, and process transactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds

  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
