Job Overview

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support across various touchpoints. This role is fully remote, and you will be working overnight hours, 11pm-7am EST, including some weekends. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various script-related tasks. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and providing comprehensive support to callers, ensuring that their needs are met and their questions are answered accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilizing the Pinnacle or Amtelco platform to manage incoming calls and ensure accurate and efficient handling of all inquiries.
  • Scheduling consultations between callers and clients, ensuring that appointments are set with the appropriate person, for the right reason, and for the correct amount of time.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service, promoting a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Quickly assessing and understanding various caller situations, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills to address their needs.
  • Adhering to Anserve's Quality Assurance policy, ensuring that interactions meet the company's standard for quality and professionalism.
  • Actively seeking feedback and engaging in continuous self-improvement to enhance service quality.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
  • Service-oriented and able to discern the caller's reasons.
  • Proficient with Amtelco platform, and/or able to learn efficiently.
  • Optimistic and creative in "getting the job done" when times are difficult.
  • Remote Work Discipline: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment with high dependability.
  • Continuous Learning: Enthusiastic about learning and driven towards continuous self-improvement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with contact center software and Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
  • Bilingual a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Prior Call Center Experience: Preferred, but not required.
  • Experience working in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with Pinnacle or Amtelco platform.
  • Experience with customer service software and technology.
