Here’s the deal: you’ll lead the charge in performance improvement and quality outcomes, steering initiatives that directly impact patient safety, satisfaction, and care. You’ll be a key player in regulatory compliance, data analysis, and performance reporting—all while supporting hospital-wide committees, educating staff, and promoting continuous quality improvement.

What You Should Bring:

✔ 3-5 years of hospital experience with regulatory know-how (Joint Commission, NYSDOH, OMH).

✔ Familiarity with quality metrics like NHQM, QCentrix, and eCQMs.

✔ RN/PA with a New York State license and an MSN preferred (but not required).

✔ Stellar communication, data analysis, and leadership skills.
