We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote opportunity with a Fortune 500 company in the global healthcare industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing exceptional customer service and support to hospitals and healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming customer issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills.
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
- Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed.
- Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience.
- Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs.
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns.

Requirements:

- Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency, with the ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects.
