Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Preferred experience: Previous experience in customer service is desirable, but not mandatory. We are open to training and developing individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
  • Quiet and dedicated workspace: You will need a quiet, dedicated workspace with the required technology setup, including a computer, internet connection, and headset.

  • Minimum age and education: You must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school degree or equivalent.
  • Authorization to work in the US: You must be authorized to work in the US and currently reside within the US.
  • Access to a smartphone: You will need access to a smartphone for system verification.

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our clients, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Dual-Core 2.8 GHz or better CPU Speed: Your computer must have a dual-core processor with a speed of at least 2.8 GHz.
  • At least 20 GB of available hard drive space: You will need at least 20 GB of available hard drive space and a total space of 60 GB.
  • Internet speeds: Your internet speeds must meet or exceed our specified requirements.
  • Operating System: You must be running Windows 10 (64bit) with a minimum of 4 GB RAM.
  • Direct ethernet connection: You will need a direct ethernet connection from your computer to your router or modem.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting pay: The starting pay is the minimum wage in your state for any work under 40 hours per week.
  • Full-time earning potential: Your full-time earning potential ranges between $40,000-$60,000 annually based on performance, hours, and customer satisfaction.
