Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls, emails, chats, and other communication platforms to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine the most effective solutions for customers, while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
  • Providing exceptional customer service by going above and beyond to "wow" our customers and exceed their expectations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and best practices in customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a call center or customer support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to multitask and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and resolution
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for exceeding customer expectations

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and laws
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
