As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support through phone, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support experiences to our customers through phone, chat, and email
  • Answering customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
  • Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Working variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are:

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in India
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Experienced working with a computer
  • Available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
  • Willing and able to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Able to work in a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
  • From a technical perspective, have a minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
