Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support experiences to our customers through phone, chat, and email
- Answering customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
- Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Working variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts
- Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Minimum 18 years old
- Have the right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Experienced working with a computer
- Available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
- Willing and able to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Able to work in a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
- From a technical perspective, have a minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
