What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Remote Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering 100 or more inbound customer calls per day, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling 50 or more service appointments per day for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Responding to Vehicle Status, Service Pricing, Warranty, and other inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to our customers.
  • Directing non-service appointment calls to the appropriate personnel, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.
  • Utilizing multiple computer programs for dealership information and customer profiles, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and systems.

What We Require (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be available to work Monday - Friday with various shifts, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
  • To live in the greater Houston metropolitan area, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet home office.
  • A minimum of 6 months recent customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet home office, ensuring that you can work effectively and efficiently from home.
  • The ability to troubleshoot technical issues with various devices, including computers, phones, and other equipment.

  • Excellent customer service and complaint resolution abilities, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues.
