Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irvine, California. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing product complaints, maintaining a positive customer experience, and ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information. Schedule and Compensation Details

We offer a unique hybrid work solution that provides the best of both worlds. Our schedule includes:

  • Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday & every other Friday
  • Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday & every other Friday

Our competitive pay rate is $26 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your typical day will include:

  • Processing product complaints through queues and other communication channels
  • Maintaining a positive customer experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner
  • Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information
  • Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed
  • Ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints

Essential Qualifications

If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with the following qualifications, we want to hear from you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule comprised of weekly office and remote requirements

Preferred Qualifications

We also prefer candidates with:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
