Schedule and Compensation Details

We offer a hybrid work solution that provides the best of both worlds, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. Our schedule includes:

  • Office Rotation: Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday
  • Work from Home Rotation: Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday
  • Competitive pay rate: $26 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your typical day will involve:

  • Processing product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Maintaining a positive experience for our customers, while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner
  • Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information
  • Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels, as needed
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience

  • The ability to work a hybrid work schedule, comprising of weekly office and remote requirements
