About the Role

We are currently looking for experienced Customer Care Agents to join our team on a 4-day weekend shift, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, live chat, and email to provide top-notch support and create lifelong fans of Lighting New York. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns
  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with the customer care team to achieve shared goals and objectives, fostering a spirit of teamwork and camaraderie
  • Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative support to our customers
  • Utilize your creativity to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement, contributing to the overall success of the company

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment, with a willingness to learn and grow

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
