About Our Company and the Role

As a Customer Service Representative with our company, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch support and service over the telephone. Our call center environment is dynamic and supportive, with a focus on ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive. With no outbound cold-calling, sales, debt collections, or telemarketing calls, you can focus on what matters most - delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls from REALTORS and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Utilizing our systems and tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and meeting performance standards.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We Offer

  • Paid Training: Our extensive paid training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role. Training hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. for 8 weeks.
  • Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive hourly wage of $14.00, with opportunities for advancement and pay increases. Attendance bonuses are also available.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong telephone skills and good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, integrity, and values.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A background and drug screen clearance (required).

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • 1 year of call center experience.
