SAP HCM Payroll Consultant LATAM (17128) - Baer

Baer is looking for SAP HCM Payroll Consultant LATAM for a 3+ month project located in Brazil and Mexico Title: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant LATAM Location: Hybrid (Travel: Up to 50%, Travel will be to Brazil and Mexico likely) Duration: 3 months Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed Alignment: W2 or C2C Role Summary:

• We are seeking a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in LATAM payroll, specifically for Brazil and/or Mexico. The consultant must have local language skills and be well-versed in local payroll compliance and statutory regulations. The role supports a high-priority SAP project currently in the build/test phase, which is being recovered by Accenture after delivery issues by a third party.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP HCM Payroll experience, with deep expertise in Brazil and/or Mexico payroll
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax rules, and compliance in Brazil and/or Mexico
• Fluent in local language(s): Portuguese (for Brazil), Spanish (for Mexico)
• Ability to work with global teams to stabilize and support ongoing implementation
• Strong issue resolution and testing support experience
• MUST be able to travel internationally up to 50%
• Open to two separate consultants if one does not have both Brazil and Mexico experience
