Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other departments, including operations and engineering, to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly
• Review and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as aviation maintenance, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation maintenance, preferably in a maintenance control or technical support role
• F.A.A. Airframe and Powerplant license
• Knowledge of MEL, ETOPS, and GPM
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and days off
• Ability to travel for support of unavailable aircraft
• Report to work on a regular and timely basis
• Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access honors to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)

Preferred qualifications include:

• Broad flight or maintenance control experience
• Broad airplane systems troubleshooting experience
• Experience with maintenance management systems and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
