Job Overview

As an ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering top-notch support to our clients as they build and deploy critical applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of business and government clients, providing training, support, and analysis to help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with US Government (USG) and enterprise clients to provide training, support, and analysis on AWS services such as Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solution Architects, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
  • Proactively assist clients in avoiding potential issues and resolving complex problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to deliver personalized support and solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and features to provide expert guidance and support to clients

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in customer service, technical support, and communication. The following qualifications and requirements are essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS services such as Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3
