Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of special education services.
- Monitor student progress, adjusting instruction and IEPs as necessary to optimize student outcomes.

- Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events, contributing to a collaborative and student-centered environment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and district policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- A valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License, demonstrating expertise in special education and compliance with state regulations.
- A bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field, with a strong foundation in educational theory and practice.
- Proven experience as an Intervention Specialist / Special Education Teacher, with a track record of success in supporting students with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
