About the Role

As an Inside Sales Intern at Dell Technologies, you'll have the opportunity to work with our Inside Sales team to identify, evaluate, and recommend potential business solutions for our customers. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, skills development, and exposure to our industry-leading technologies. Upon successful completion of the internship, you'll be considered for a full-time role through our Inside Sales Excellence Academy, a best-in-class training program for new Inside Sales Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and become a trusted technology advisor to our customers
  • Conduct background research to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Set appointments with customers for follow-up contact from Inside Sales Representatives or Account Executives
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives as assigned by your manager
  • Develop strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with a target graduation date of December 2024 or May 2025
  • 0-1+ years of sales or customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and adaptability skills

Desirable Qualifications

To stand out from the crowd, you'll ideally have:

  • A strong interest in technology, including computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • The ability to be a trusted business advisor to customers
  • Bilingual skills (French preferred)
