About the Role: Workplace Experience Associate - Mail, Hospitality, and Facilities Support

We're on the hunt for a talented and experienced Workplace Experience Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Workplace Experience Associate - Mail, Hospitality, and Facilities Support, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, and making a tangible difference in the day-to-day lives of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming employees, anticipating their needs, and providing assistance with office orientations.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and brand representation in break areas, social hubs, conference rooms, print areas, and surrounding spaces.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including facilities management, to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained work environment.
  • Proactively communicate and prepare for meetings and events, anticipating and addressing concerns to ensure seamless operations.
  • Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security concerns through the appropriate channels/systems.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including sorting mail, folding and posting outgoing mail, preparing packages, and maintaining office supply inventory.
  • Provide backup support for reception services, meeting room and conference room setups, and filing duties.
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or at least two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation.
  • Excellent language skills, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other simple computer programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to employees, clients, vendors, and guests.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a facilities or hospitality role, preferably in a commercial real estate or corporate environment.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
