- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while following company guidelines
- Use Delta's systems and tools to access flight data, passenger info, and more
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Tech-savvy with reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
