Position Highlights
- Pay: $16 per hour with weekly pay
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–8 PM CT (no weekends) You’ll work an 8-hour shift within these hours
- Location: Remote work

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Gather and review patient billing and medical information
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to federal healthcare guidelines
- Use computer skills to enter data and navigate dual monitors
- Work with insurance carriers to secure medication coverage for patients
- Balance multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 6 months of recent call center or customer service experience
- Tech Skills: High-speed internet at home and comfort with dual monitors
- Mindset: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others
- Bonus: Healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required
