  • Review and educate members on services and insurance coverage, providing clear and concise guidance to help them make informed decisions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), demonstrating a foundational level of education and commitment to your academic pursuits.
  • 0-2 years of related experience, providing a solid foundation in customer-facing roles or related fields.
  • 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience, showcasing your ability to handle customer interactions with poise and professionalism.
  • Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively navigate multiple systems, craft clear responses, and communicate empathetically with customers.
  • A typing speed of 35wpm or more, demonstrating your ability to efficiently document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
