We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Healthcare Inbound Call Center Representative, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our healthcare clients, ensuring they have access to the best resources available to them.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our healthcare clients, handling a high volume of inbound calls related to billing, claims, enrollment, benefits, suggestions, and complaints. You'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, requiring strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to navigate multiple computer screens simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare members and providers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries.
  • Maintain awareness of the impact of your performance and actions on our members, ensuring a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
  • Work in a call center environment, adhering to strict productivity and quality standards.
  • Utilize web camera visibility to ensure seamless communication with our clients.
  • Demonstrate schedule flexibility, working an 8-hour shift between 8am-6pm EST.
  • Report to a Supervisor and Manager, receiving guidance and feedback on your performance.

  • Call Handle Time

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Call center experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A private workstation with a reliable internet connection (25 Download & 15 Upload speed required).
  • A router with an Ethernet jack for connectivity to your PC.
  • The ability to navigate multiple computer screens and type information into our computer system simultaneously.
  • Strong reading comprehension and writing skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive, professional attitude.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently without constant supervision.
