Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Engage with customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Upselling: Recommend products and services, promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and drive sales growth.
  • Cash Handling and Operations: Manage cash transactions, operate a cash register, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, restock shelves, and ensure accurate product placement.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize computer systems, software, and hardware to efficiently process transactions, manage inventory, and communicate with customers.
  • Compliance and Safety: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Retail Experience: Six months or more of experience in a retail environment.
  • Prior Work Experience: Previous experience with Workwarp or a similar company.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in a leadership or team lead role.
