About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Verizon, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance with a range of inquiries, from billing and technical issues to product features and troubleshooting. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to effectively resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule service requests, dispatch technicians as needed, and provide office support when required
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scanning and filing documents, to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage customer information and resolve issues
  • Work accurately in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and multitasking as needed
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner

Essential Qualifications
