About StretchLab and the Flexologist Role

As a Flexologist at StretchLab, you'll be at the forefront of our innovative stretching modality, providing personalized one-on-one assisted stretches and leading guided group stretching classes. Our Flexologists undergo our proprietary training program to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional stretching sessions that cater to diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Stretching and Guidance: Provide one-on-one assisted stretches to clients, tailoring sessions to their specific needs and goals.
• Group Stretching Classes: Lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 participants, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Client Motivation and Retention: Motivate and encourage clients throughout their stretch sessions, building strong relationships and driving membership retention.
• Safety and Technique: Ensure client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing our policies, maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment.
• Studio Operations: Attend staff meetings and educational presentations, address member concerns, and assist with studio tours and sales.
• Social Media and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain a strong social media presence and keep equipment clean and well-maintained, contributing to the overall studio experience.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To thrive as a Flexologist at StretchLab, you should possess:

• A passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, with a background in boutique fitness environments.
• A preferred background in one of the following: Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Physical Therapy, Pilates or Yoga Instruction, or Dance Instruction.
• Fitness certification and experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a talent for creating a welcoming environment that fosters connections.
• A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies.
• Availability to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training.
