Job Summary

We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Netflix Data Entry Team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our team, you'll support our crew across all disciplines, identifying workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and troubles in our development process. You'll collaborate with the team to generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs, implement solutions, and drive adoption. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting, developing, and preserving our proprietary engine-specific and custom gear.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas for improvement in our development process across disciplines.
• Preserve, extend, and aid present development gear.
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines.
• Grow Spry Fox's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong passion for empowering others to do their best work. You'll enjoy working with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness. You'll also be comfortable operating with custom standalone gear and growing gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines.

Technical Requirements

• C#, C++, Python proficiency.
• Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with custom game engines.
• Unreal or Unity experience.
• JavaScript and Net Tech experience.
• Required utility materials.
