Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our PBM division, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from members and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. You will provide personalized support to help members understand their coverage and options, simplifying their healthcare experience. Our call centers have a high-energy culture, and we are passionate about providing excellent customer service with empathy while resolving member questions on the first call.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from members, answering questions and providing information about pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that members receive the support they need to understand their coverage and options.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adhere to CVS Health's policies and procedures, as well as HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.
  • Verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Ability to maintain your own internet with approved speed requirements and a secure workspace free from distractions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience working in a call center environment or healthcare-related field.
  • 6 months of work-from-home experience.
  • Healthcare certification (e.g., Medical Assistant) a plus.
