Key Responsibilities

  • Offer empathetic and personalized support to members, helping them understand their coverage and options.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and related policies to provide effective support.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and security of member information.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military environment.
  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a secure workspace free from distractions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare-related field.
  • 6 months of work-from-home experience.
  • Healthcare certification (e.g., Med Assistant) is a plus.
