About Disney Central

Disney Central is a cutting-edge contact center located in Tampa, Florida, dedicated to providing unparalleled customer service to our guests. As a Sales & Solutions Specialist, you'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. Our operating hours span from Sunday to Saturday, starting at 5:45 a.m. and concluding at 12:15 a.m., offering a dynamic work environment that caters to a diverse range of guest inquiries and needs.

The Role

As a Sales & Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for addressing guest inquiries, resolving conflicts, and making decisions that reflect both integrity and resourcefulness. Your strong foundation in customer service, particularly within a contact center environment, will enable you to communicate effectively with guests through written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Your knowledge of Disney products will be crucial in providing informed assistance and recommendations to guests, enhancing their overall experience with Disney's offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist guests with their digital experience on the website and My Disney Experience application

  • Handle conflict resolution and decision-making with integrity and resourcefulness
  • Provide excellent customer service in an inbound contact center environment
  • Communicate effectively with guests through written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Utilize knowledge of Disney products to assist guests and enhance their experience

Requirements:

* Computer proficiency within a Microsoft Windows environment

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Disney products and services
  • Sales and service experience in a customer service or contact center environment

Nice-to-Haves:

* Previous experience working in a contact center environment

  • Familiarity with Disney's products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
