Job Summary

We're currently seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Store 1212-Centre Mall-maurices-Sioux Center, IA 51250. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building wardrobes, and maintaining store presentation. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
• Build wardrobes and advise style and fit, leveraging product knowledge to influence sales and drive customer loyalty
• Maintain store presentation, including visual merchandising and operational standards
• Support the shipment process, gaining awareness of new products and contributing to omni order fulfillment
• Operate modern store technology, including POS, payment systems, tablets, and headsets for communication
• Promote our loyalty programs and credit services, driving customer engagement and sales growth

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• At least 16 years of age
• A willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal-oriented and achievement-driven
• Some technical aptitude and ability to learn modern store technology
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience, preferably in the fashion industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fashion knowledge and enthusiasm, with a passion for staying up-to-date on trends and styles
