Job Summary

We're looking for a highly qualified and enthusiastic music teacher to join our team as a Professional Music Teacher. As a MAA Professional Music Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching music lessons to a diverse population of students, communicating with parents, and collaborating with our store team to maximize the lesson experience. Key Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels in our state-of-the-art studios or through online lessons
• Communicate with parents of students (where applicable) on the progress of each student
• Work with students in a clean and safe environment, providing a positive and supportive learning experience
• Collaborate with our store team to maximize the lesson experience and promote music education
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in music education

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent substitutable experience
• 2 years of music teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of music theory and pedagogy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Music Education or related field
• Experience with online lesson platforms
• Certification in music education (e.g. Music Educators National Conference)
