Key Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis to improve processes in a logical manner, driving data-driven decision-making.
• Extract data and transform it into functional tools to provide key metrics for managing progress and optimizing business outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with operations teams to identify top losses and recognize causes, driving collaborative problem-solving.
• Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery and implementation.
• Work closely with project administrators for newly deployed tools, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
• Demonstrate effective leadership skills, driving team success and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Develop and propose "blue sky" ideas, encouraging out-of-the-box thinking and creativity.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong foundation in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process mapping, preferably using tools like Interaction Stream Charts.
• SQL experience, with the ability to provide audit trails of processes and suggest system improvements.
• A capable understanding of BigQuery, Microsoft SQL Server, Informix, and Microsoft PowerApps, with experience in one or more of these technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply knowledge in practical situations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive team success and foster collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

• Previous experience in a quality engineering or analytical role, preferably in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, driving business insights and decision-making.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
