Position Overview

As a Travel Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling incoming requests via multiple channels, including phone, email, and other communication platforms. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, exceed client expectations, and build strong relationships with clients through personalized communication and attentive follow-up. You'll have access to a wide range of travel options, including package deals, tours, event tickets, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming requests via multiple channels, including phone, email, and other communication platforms
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceed client expectations, and build strong relationships with clients
• Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, and ticket/events
• Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
