About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labor Relations Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will provide labor relations support to our partners and leaders across retail, manufacturing, and distribution. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on collective bargaining, grievance processes, contract administration, and labor and management relations
• Utilize data and insights to assess and drive action to elevate customer and partner experiences
• Collaborate with local leaders and support teams to proactively promote the partner experience across North America
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business outcomes and promote a positive and inclusive work environment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, leaders, and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on labor and employment laws and regulations, including the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), Title VII, ADA, ADAAA, ADEA, FMLA, and state/local laws and statutes

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Labor Relations, Human Resources, or Business
• 3-7 years of experience in Labor Relations, HR, or a related field, with a focus on collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and contract administration
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations, including the NLRA, Title VII, ADA, ADAAA, ADEA, FMLA, and state/local laws and statutes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and case management systems

• Advanced degree in a related field, such as Labor Relations, Human Resources, or Business
• Experience working in a unionized environment, with a focus on collective bargaining and contract administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
• Experience with project management and implementation, with a focus on driving business outcomes and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, leaders, and other stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits

• A salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
