About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Apply programming development and testing skills to resolve complex issues and drive project success
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to raise technology standards and consistently apply best practices
• Work closely with clients and cross-functional offices to communicate project situations and recommendations
• Document all aspects of a system or application as a reference for future updates and support
• Determine and assess client needs, designing software to meet requirements
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during design, testing, and support processes using critical thinking skills

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Proficiency in programming development approaches, practices, concepts, and technologies
• Ability to demonstrate consistent knowledge application and skills in programming development and testing
• Knowledge of at least one required programming language
• Ability to collaborate, communicate, and negotiate with various technology and partner teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues and develop feasible solution recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a high level of fulfillment in all responsible work
• Ability to coach others and develop their skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and strategies to various audiences

Preferred Qualifications

To stand out in this role, you will have:

• Experience with Java, Python, GraphQL, REST, Elasticsearch, AWS Services, CI/CD, and Grafana
• Knowledge of object-oriented principles and design patterns
• Familiarity with data in client/business services
• Experience with ServiceNow/Run and messaging services like Tibco EMS and/or Apache Kafka
• Knowledge of Agile or SAFe methodologies
