Your Role: 

At K1X, the Product Designer plays a critical role in crafting exceptional user experiences. You’ll specialize in rapid prototyping and UX design, turning concepts into tangible experiences with speed and clarity. This role demands creativity, crisp execution, and a relentless focus on the user. We’re looking for someone energized by fast feedback loops, evolving customer needs, and the opportunity to shape a high-impact design culture from the ground up. 

Your Responsibilities:  

• Own the end-to-end design process—from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and final delivery.

• Design intuitive, elegant, and scalable experiences that solve user problems and drive business outcomes.

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using modern design tools.

• Rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback, testing, and behavioral data.

• Conduct or facilitate user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.

• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and analysts in an agile environment.

• Champion user-centered thinking and design best practices across the product organization.

• Leverage analytics and user behavior insights to refine and improve UX over time. 

Requirements

Who You Are:  

You’re a thoughtful, fast-moving designer who loves solving real user problems through iteration, testing, and clean execution. You thrive on feedback, believe that great design starts with empathy, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to create elegant solutions.

In addition, we’re looking for the following qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design, ideally within SaaS or B2B startups.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across web and/or mobile platforms.

• Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering in agile, iterative environments.

• Familiarity with design thinking, user research methods, and accessibility best practices.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale.

• Comfortable balancing speed and craft in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
