This role will provide operational support to the Sales team to enable revenue growth within the organization, as a leader and subject matter expert on sales forecasting, reporting analysis, Sales enablement, and continuous process optimization”.What You Will Accomplish- Act as a strategic business partner to Sales leadership and support the annual planning process, including budgeting, quota setting, account planning, and Sales compensation plans, in partnership with Sales leadership, Finance and HR
- Support Sales leadership with forecast and pipeline reporting, as well as insight and analysis on forecast and pipeline quality and health
- Work with the Sales team and other cross-functional teams on deals requiring clarification and/or additional documentation/support
- Track and report on KPIs and defined metrics, prepare dashboards, reporting and analysis to support understanding of achievements and gaps
- Responsible for HC and capacity planning and reporting
- Work closely with the Global Revenue Enablement Manager to develop and deliver onboarding training, as well as ongoing enablement to the Sales team
- Support corporate merger and acquisition processes and activities, as required
- Relevant business experience within high-growth tech companies
- Strong people leader, with an ability to lead and influence across all levels of an organization
- Experienced in designing and implementing business plans, reporting and measurement and analysis
- Ability to independently manage deadlines and handle multiple competing priorities
- Strong in the use of all Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce.com
