Your Role in Our Mission

At Enveda, every role drives impact. As a Contracts Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering hope to patients everywhere. Your expertise in contract management and compliance processes will be critical in accelerating our mission to transform natural compounds into life-changing medicines because every breakthrough starts with bold questions and brave actions.

What You’ll Do

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a high volume of NDAs, MSAs, consulting agreements, vendor contracts, and other contracts, as applicable.
• Manage routing, tracking, and filing of contracts through the signature and archiving processes.
• Support corporate governance activities, including document management, board meeting materials, and compliance tracking.

We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate legal setting or law firm.
• Familiarity with biotech/pharma/clinical contracts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
